Happy Birthday ....

My son turns 37 today.

This photo was taken Xmas 2006. It’s been that long since I’ve seen him.

He’ll be in Australia later this month. I’m so looking forward to spending time with him again.

I have been knitting; finishing a few items, resulting in the never-ending search for buttons. Garments completed last season sit, unworn, waiting for buttons.

Does everyone have this problem or am I simply too particular.

Spotlight, Lincraft, specialty button stores, have not even satisfied me. I fib, a couple of the specialty button stores visited did have buttons, gorgeous buttons, but I really don’t want to spend $5 - $15 per button. Especially on one garment that has 12 buttons. The buttons would work out more expensive than the yarn!
