The Sunny Side of 2008 ...

The day was bright and sunny, warm, full of excitement and laughter ... November 30 was birthday #5 for The Princess.

The Fairy brought along a special gift, a fairy caught inside a crystal ... a little girl's very own fairy to keep forever.

Dreams and sunshine - what more could we ask for.

The blog has been sadly neglected. No xmas cards have been sent, no presents wrapped, no email to friends … the twins have had tonsillitis again, but are quickly back on their feet … the Princess is now unwell.

Family arrive making eight children in the house – 12 years to 11 months … too many people, too busy a time of year … too much time spent in the car running around … the cat is now unwell and is scheduled for surgery soon after xmas … no knitting.

It may all sound bad, but it is not. It’s simply life with kids and pets.

Santa will be here soon … five more sleeps … all will be forgotten and lots of fun and laughter to look forward to … there will definitely be no knitting.
